In 2004, we expanded my father’s previous business with a new shipping business. We realized that here we could finally build again something special, something that is real Stickl. We were motivated by customer satisfaction, that here it is really valued if we pay attention to the needs of our customers, either it is product development, sales or after-sales service. To this day, I feel the greatest success when someone tells me a few weeks after the handover that the boat exceeds his expectations and how much joy it means to them.

I have been working at Stickl Yachts since 2016. Initially, my tasks were grouped around the procurement of raw materials and parts. During my years at the company, I've also gained a lot of experience with customer needs for ships. Thus, it is a grateful task to navigate those interested in finding the ideal ship to serve their usage needs. In addition, this work gives a good feedback to my responsibilities in purchasing and in supporting development, because I often find solutions on the supplier side to the questions and ideas that arise during the conversations with the customers.
